QUICK ANSWERS

Questions that come up mid-run

Use these when you are choosing a Hunter, fixing a weak route, or deciding whether to keep waiting for a core item.

6answers checked for 1.0.503
What are the five build categories?

The common Pass the Fear build families are Shatter, Disruption, Growth, Embarkation, and Final Shot. They describe the event a choice rewards. Weapon elements also lead to a Transmutation: Physical to Hemorrhage, Frost to Freeze, Lightning to Disruption, Acid to Corrosion, and Fire to Ignition.

Does Planner calculate exact damage?

No. It checks route fit, element coherence, and conflicts, then shows why a choice fits or misses. Triggered damage still needs an in-game test.

What should I do after an update?

After a Pass the Fear patch, open the changed item, read its current effect, and revisit the routes that rely on it. Patch notes are linked from the affected data pages.

What if the offer is already on screen?

Put the three real choices into Finder. It compares what each can trigger now, what it replaces, and which route stays open if the next shop is bad.

What if the core weapon never appears?

Keep the element and job your current Pass the Fear loadout already supports, then take the named fallback. Each Hunter page tells you what the pivot costs and when to stop waiting.
