A pre-run checklist for late-game pressure, focused on the decisions you can make from the current game and your run.

QUICK ANSWER

Use this page to diagnose the pressure point, then test the next pickup with the run's risk level visible.

  • Name the failure point before changing the whole build
  • Protect a working engine when the run is already fragile
  • Use the Finder or Planner to test one change at a time

Identify the object first, then read the decision behind it.

Act 6 is where a merely functional build starts showing its missing links. Before entering, identify the one action that wins rooms and make sure your next picks keep feeding it.

Check these before the run

  • Name the main damage event: repeated shots, a Battle Skill window, a companion, or a status loop.
  • Keep one recovery plan. If the build only works while untouched, it is not ready for a late-game check.
  • Do not trade a working trigger for a higher-rarity off-route item unless the new route already has support.
  • If an Act 6 modifier is unfamiliar, keep a flexible counter rather than building around a guess.

Enemy health, patterns, and drop tables can change by update. Use this checklist to diagnose the run before changing the whole build.
