每次使用战斗技能都会朝最近的敌人补一发磷火弹，技能冷却剩几秒，这发弹的伤害就翻几番。冷却长的大招型技能能把它打成夸张的单体核弹；冷却短、无脑连发的技能则几乎吃不到加成。
带入规划器怎么决定要不要拿
Take it when your current route already produces the battle skill, boss signals. The value comes from repeating that event, not from the item name or rarity alone.
If none of its triggers are happening yet, keep the slot open for a pick that strengthens the engine already on screen.
