每次施放战技都换来 6 秒的 +2 弹丸窗口。战技冷却越短覆盖率越高，配冷却缩减流基本等于常驻多重射击；冷却长的话只是偶尔爽一下。

Take it when your current route already produces the extra shot, battle skill signals. The value comes from repeating that event, not from the item name or rarity alone.
If none of its triggers are happening yet, keep the slot open for a pick that strengthens the engine already on screen.
